Unless Customer provides LeanSupplements.com with a valid and correct tax exemption certificate applicable to the product ship-to location prior to LeanSupplements.com acceptance of the order. Returns
Failure to comply with any of the listed conditions of return may result in invalidation of your return or a delay in processing the return. LeanSupplements.com reserves the right to grant return approval at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Customer is responsible for the shipping charges, handling charges, testing charges, and restocking fees on refunds, and exchanges. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your credit.
Refund Time Limits
We accept returns of all un-opened containers and some opened containers within 30 days of the order date. We guarantee 30-day money back for most items. No returns for credit after the time limits will be accepted.
Refund Policy
All un-opened container items and some opened container items are refundable if returned within the time limits and if item is in sealed condition, and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are responsibility of customer; we may not refund any items that are physically damaged by end-users (we deserve the right to check the conditions of the returned items before issuing refund).
A 20% restocking fee is applicable. The credit fee depends on the item and its returned condition. The credit will be issue at the original price less 20% restocking fee.
